The staff was beyond kind. Rooms are like little hotel room, your own bathroom. Comfortable. Put me on cpap in middle of night to help me, was very accomodating. **they open at 830, so go in, second floor and wait with there Thank yall so much, my life about to be so much better. **loose fitting clothes, no lotions so the things will stick, bring WALL PHONE CHARGER

I would not recommend this location. There were trains that kept us awake most of the night. We were so tired the next morning and had to drive an hour to get home. The room was comfy for my son who had the sleep study but I had to sleep on a recliner which I’m sure is typical. The tech that took care of us was great, she was really friendly and professional but had given us a useless school excuse that didn’t actually excuse him from school the next day. I would recommend you get this done on a Friday night because you will be tired the next day.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My 8 year old had a sleep study last night. We got there before 8:30. She wasn't hooked up and allowed to lay down until around 10. And she's use to going to sleep around 8 so she was exhausted by the time the tech( who was rude and never gave her name) got done. The TV didn't work. The remote to the "sleep number mattress" didn't work. And our toilet in our room was stopped up and gross from the moment we walked in and we had to ASK to use the bathroom in the hallway if needed all night because they wouldn't send anyone to fix it. We weren't told ahead of time that we couldn't bring 2 people so our second person had to sleep in the car. Not well run at all.

I was very fearful of having my sleep study done at Crestwood due to the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Adam, my sleep technician. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Adam was kind and careful to help me find a comfortable environment for sleep They have sleep number beds, it was more comfortable than my bed at home! I had a terrible time falling asleep. Adam was so professional . He encouraged me to listen to my mediation. He encourgaed me by telling me i just needed a few hours of sleep to get the study done. At about 130 am i asked him if I should just go home he told me my options and was very encouraging. I finally fell asleep and we got the study done! I am glad I went and stayed. Adam is an awesome provider.

My daughter needed a sleep study and we chose to come to Crestwood Sleep Center in Madison. They took excellent care of her from the time we arrived until completion of the testing. They also provided me with everything I needed to sleep comfortably as well since I had to stay with her. We had a night study and then a daytime study the following morning. They offered us both breakfast the next morning and brought us both a nice, healthy lunch several hours later. When my daughter had to call them to get them to help her go to the restroom, they were always extremely patient and kind. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. She even had a sleep number mattress which she found to be very comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience all the way around.
