When Ms. McKenzie tells you "good" when you tell them you won't return, you know you've made the right decision to walk out of their office. No, I'm not 1 out of 10 of their patients who proves difficult though the receptionist made sure to tell me that when I asked if they treat all their patients that way. I was there before my 11 am appointment. Amber had something else to do and simply did not have time for me. Up till today, I thought I'd received decent care from this provider. Still shaking my head trying to figure out what went wrong.
This has to be the rudest Dr's office I have ever dealt with. I had questions about my referral and the women who answers the phone said they no longer take HMO due to other Doctors not knowing what they are doing and not doing the paper work correctly which causes her extra work. She even screamed at me " said you can not force me to take it and we don't"and slammed the phone down. I will be sure to let my Dr know what was said and not to use them anymore. Had my paperwork for weeks. I called several times and no response. They could have let me know weeks ago they could not help me. The front end lady may need to take a refresher course in how to treat people.
This was an amazing experience. The rooms have a home feel to it. The staff was courteous and attentive. For this to be a sleep study, the experience was incredible!
