Good luck getting an appointment. I've been with them for many years. Been trying to get an appointment and nobody will answer the phone. They want you to leave a message and they will call back. Only they don't call back. I've been trying several times for about 4 months. I called the nurses but they refuse to help. So I'll have to find someplace else to go. I'm supposed to have a machine they can read and adjust remotely from my house and not require coming in but they won't unless I come in. Cannot get an appointment to do that.
The staff are amazing but the beds are HORRIBLE. Standard hospital bed frame with a mattress hard as a rock. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I am about to repeat my sleep study but unfortunately will be looking at a place where I can actually sleep so they can measure my issues accurately.
I'm pretty aggravated by the fact that I'm a truck driver and need a reliable cpap. Because mine is acting up I'm home for another machine. Been here all week waiting for insurance issues. For 2 days HH sleep has known that my insurance needs an addendum from them. They need to call me about what's wrong with current machine...it should only take a few minutes. Haven't heard from them. If my machine were to quit then my health is in jeopardy Also, I'm not safe on the road, so I sit at home not making a paycheck but if there's a co-pay they want that then.

No contact from this Company regarding my well-being since November , 2018. Poor Service with no regard for their customers health. If I could rate them a Zero I would.
