Very good care, friendly staff from beginning to end. Every time I've visited the ER, they have provided excellent care. Dr. Baird who was thorough and nurse Megan both have excellent bedside manners. There was another nurse whose name I did not catch. The front desk at check-in was also very welcoming. This is a place that I recommend.

I went to ER on Christmas morning. Staff was very quick and helpful. I was seen quickly and Doctor and quick to see my issues and they handled it very well. Thank you HH. I already feeling better. Your going in the right direction to take care of people.

The ER staff was amazing and attentive. The nurse Taylor was very knowledgeable as a nurse as well as a positive and light hearted bedside manner. Dr. Jones is very educated in his practice He made sure to do all of the tests just to make sure all aspects of why I was there were accounted for. He was eager to answer any questions and help me. Overall this was a good experience and was grateful to have the staff take care of me that did.

I was there with my grandson this morning and they were very considerate very gentle with him. Explained everything they were going to do. So he would know what to expect and kept him very calm. I think they did a wonderful job. The doctors, the nurses, even the front interests. And desk, thank you very much. It was a good experience for him.

I'm giving them a 4 solely bc of the nurses and techs, who were completely amazing, most esp RN Nathan. The physician staff would get MAYBE 2 stars. The ER was NOT busy. I got in quickly. However, as amazing as the nursing and tech staff was, it took the PA forever to come and see me. I was there for FIVE HOURS! Finally, I got up and dressed, ready to leave. I'm POSITIVE I wouldn't have seen the PA again w/o Nathan going and getting her! As I stated above, top-notch nursing and tech staff, but way below average physician staff. I wouldn't want my life to depend on them!
