I had blood work done in office. I was told their machine was down for one of the tests and I would be billed by Helen Keller hospital for that particular test. I paid Helen Keller and yet Shoals Primary continues to send me a bill for a test they did NOT process. I have proof of payment. This is ridiculous! Even Shoals Primary records show it was sent out. So wrong!!!
This office is amazing! The staff members are compassionate, knowledgeable, and always take the time to listen. They make you feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for at every visit. I’m so grateful to have found such an exceptional team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care.

Very experienced staff. I am beyond pleased with my visit and how well I was handled by the nurses and providers.
I always make my appointment at 7:45 am and I know the girls don’t start till 8am if I’m not called back by 8:15 I leave because I have chronic pain in my back and legs but rather then that the practitioner’s are great with me and by the way I see Dr Shah he’s always done good by me yes he could explain your test results better and yes the place is dirty and yes every time you go for your appointment there’s always a new face you get used to one person before you know it there’s someone else and yes I have thought about finding another doctor but has long has Dr Shah practitioners are still there and they take care of me like I should be taking care of I have No problem and if it comes a problem I will address it to them
