At the time of services I was offered a discount if i paid my portion of the bill that the insurance didn't and I did,so I had to go back for a second part and I asked about paying again and I was told nobody was here to take my payment that I should just call back. I did just that,same thing couldn't take my payment. I tried calling the billing department at ECM, all I get is a machine that know one calls you back. I've tried front desk same thing,a run around. Never got a bill till now from collection's. What a joke, the care and services here sux.
