This being my first sleep study I didn’t know what to expect. Once I arrived on location however, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was put at ease. My tech Mrs Tusonah was a gem and installing felt like family. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and anticipated any need I had. The study itself, was easy but it all goes back to the staff. Thank you.
The staff here are excellent. They made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in, greeting me warmly and explaining everything at every step. T was my technician, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions with patience, and when I could not sleep because I was feeling anxious about the test, she comforted me and did her best to take the pressure off. The facilities are very clean. The room is like a motel/hotel room, with a sleep number bed, cable TV, nice bathroom, recliner, and desk/chair.
