Dr Jello as psychology, I am a nurse and I work for a doctor for 35 years I know how they work. And I know when they're being professional or not and he was very professional but on the other hand very down to earth. I would go to him again if I need to the only problem with these doctors is you get the test done and they're normal instead of calling you with the results they bring me back and they charge Medicare. But if that's their way I'm running business that's fine with me. They didn't go to school to be a doctor to make nothing . Good for them my suggestion to you ,if you don't like this doctor, been finding another doctor. It doesn't take a rocket sciencest to figure that out.

First appointment went great and Dr. was very helpful and pleasant.

I would not recommend this pulmonologist or his staff . at this time. I have a been going to that office for over eight years. Currently something is very very wrong , incapable of even sending a prescription. The staff is incapable of even sending in a prescription. The staff is very rude at times. II had to make four phone calls in one day to try it straighten out my script. The last few visits have not gone well due to the incapability, of staff , rudeness, and correcting the situation. They were once an excellent doctors office, Not so much anymore , look elsewhere.

I had been sick for 2 months with pneumonia I had seen two other doctors and had an x-ray. They gave me antibiotic and steroids but then I started getting sick again when the antibiotics ran out. I had an appointment with this doctor scheduled already he was my pulmonologist. I figured I would just go see him and maybe being an expert he could help me. To make a very long story short , he said I don't know that you had pneumonia I would have to take an x-ray and see myself I don't know if the emergency room doctor knew what he was doing. I asked him if he could look at my ears because I was in such pain I felt that there was an infection. His exact words were" I am not an ear doctor I am a lung doctor." He listened to my lungs for one second. And said go see Ear doctor. Here he has a patient of his, sitting there telling him he is in pain. And is told to go see a ear doctor and refuse to even look at them.and there ears. He wrote me a prescription for a Z-Pak, the weakest antibiotic there is. Those things stop working on me 20 years ago. I was extremely disappointed ,I had called the office manager Grace. Even though she was sympathetic to my pain, she asked me , what I was trying to accomplish by calling her. I was astonished by the question. I informed her that I just wanted this doctor to know how disappointed I was in the treatment of Me by him. Her exact words "okay in my experience people are trying to get something for nothing". Her exact words. I explained to her that I wasn't asking for a refund and I refuse to have a refund, that I would be filing a complaint. I was treated very very poorly by this doctor and I felt very disappointed ,I thought maybe going to an expert he would actually help me. Very disappointed in him. And his rudeness And that's my story
