If I could leave zero stars I would. Too much to type here, but all I’ll say is this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. From the rude arrogant doctor, the inability to contact anyone and especially the blatant rude email replies… what a joke. No wonder it looks like they’re going out of business. The reviews online are there for a reason and you’ll see far more “ones” than “fives”….this is no coincidence. Today I was simply asking a question about something I didn’t understand and finally got an all caps reply with multiple exclamation points telling me I was rude. Oh and I told the person that I’d be contacting the BBB and was told “do what you need to do”. Reason number 729 they’re not successful.
They are impossible to get ahold of. I have been calling the past week (and their apparent new location?) trying to get my medications refilled. My pharmacy has sent refill requests. I am OUT of my medication for my narcolepsy and have BEEN OUT. This isn’t a medicine to stop cold turkey so it has been horrible. Their negligence to do the barest minimum of their job, answering the phone, is affecting me being able to drive and work. Don’t even get me started on how long it takes to be seen. I came in 10 minutes late but called ahead of time, and they canceled my appointment, yet I am expected to wait over an HOUR to be seen. And the cherry on top, I was skipped over one time. My appointment was around 2:30 and I wasn’t seen until before they closed. I went to the counter numerous times to ask why it’s taking so long and why others were being seen before me when their appointment times were after mine, and I was steadily dismissed. It wasn’t until the doctor came to chat with the nurses closer to closing time that they realized I was still there, yet to be seen.
Wasted my time and money. Nobody answers the phone, and you can't leave a voicemail because it's full since they never check their messages. It took me 50 phone calls (not an exaggeration) to get anyone on the phone. The online forms they had me fill out was riddled with errors (another 7 phone calls to tell them), but I managed to complete it. However, the system was completely jacked up and didn't save any of my info. Another 20 calls before they'd pick up so I could tell them, where they informed me to "just arrive early" to fill out the paperwork. (Um...I have a job, I can't just take off b/c you can't do yours.) I arrived at the clinic on time only to find that they had moved location. They had a sign and a map taped to the door of the old office. So they were aware that Google Maps was misleading people, but couldn't be bothered to inform new patients. Once I Finally arrived, they told me I had to pay everything out of pocket b/c I hadn't met my deductible, even though the first thing I did (when I finally managed to contact them the first time) was ask if they took my insurance. They were intentionally misleading without actually lying. The nurse practitioner was very polite and listened to everything I had to say...then told me I would have to pay for a take-home sleep AND pay for another visit to talk about the results. So total they want $400 from me out of pocket, with no guarantee I'd have anything to show for it at the end. They scammed me out of my money for the first visit, but that's all they'll ever get from me.
Do not go here. I have NEVER been treated more poorly and disrespected by a “doctor” before in my life. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring, rude, inconsistent, and do not have a problem taking your copay and insurance money while they do NOTHING to help you. The FNP, Dr. Wethersfield is horrible and should be fired. As well, I went to see them shortly after attending to my father in hospice care and since I didn’t use my machine because I was in another state I got treated like a child who was non-compliant. My feelings were raw as my father had passed away only a few days from my appointment and that coupled with absolutely no care from them after two visits, I got upset. The unprofessional FNP, didn’t care what I had been through and as we were leaving the office and waiting for a refund of our money, I was having a discussion with my husband and a patient waiting to be seen verbally attacked me on matters that were not her concern and they did nothing to stop the attack. I beg of you, if you are fortunate enough to read this before you suffer through what myself and numerous other patients have gone through, go anywhere else even if you have to go out of state for care. I have five other of my doctors who were asking why I hadn’t gotten help yet for my sleep issues, who were trying to help me, but this unprofessional poor excuse of a caregiver didn’t care or want to do his due diligence to confirm any of it. They bring you in NUMEROUS times, collect your co-pays and insurance money and do NOTHIING to help except lecture you. I wish I could give this clinic negative stars.
Initially, I had no problems with this clinic and staff. I had a good experience with the sleep study and the follow up, but now I'm having problems. They've dragged their feet for four months getting me approved for refills on supplies (I still don't have any), they made a fuss about a small balance that I owed, and now they don't answer their phones. It's Dec. 29th and that's fine if they're still off for the holidays but they could at least leave a phone message to state when they'll be back. And you can't leave a message because the voice mailbox is full. This clinic is more trouble than it's worth. I'm going elsewhere and I urge you to do the same if you're reading these reviews.
