This office is unorganized, rude and unprofessional. On two occasions, I was scheduled a tele-health. I missed the call and called and they back and was given a different number to call. The girl told me someone would call me within the hour. No call. Called back an hour later and was told they would have to reschedule as if it was my fault I missed the appointment and the dr. was gone for the day. Explain to her this is the 2nd time that this has occurred and not only that, it was her that I spoke with earlier. She tells me I didn't speak with her but they can reschedule me for the next day! Sick of them! One star only because you have to
Requested a new prescription because old prescription has ran out for c pap supplies. Was told I couldn’t receive a new prescription for supplies until telephone visit and first available would be middle of August. I informed receptionist some of my equipment had failed and was not able to use to my machine to help sleep. I was told I didn’t matter but I couldnt get new supplies until August. I notified receptionist that I couldn’t sleep and was causing issues but still was denied new prescription. Basically what they are telling me is they do not care about any issues I’m having but will not write a new prescription until they call me in August so they can get paid to ask me if I need anything . Requested a new Dr and was again denied. I would highly recommend doing your research before going to sleep solutions.
The appointment time was just a suggestion. You’re asked to come 30 minutes early and for the life of me, I don’t know why. My appointment was scheduled for 2::30. When I left at 4, there was still a person ahead of me waiting to be seen. The only plus was the staff. They were very nice but that didn’t help me get my problem diagnosed. I will never go back.
Never had a problem with the staff or anything for that matter. I had the new Inspire installed and I feel like a new person already. Going for a sleep study tonight so they can fine tune it. Highly recommended!!!
