Appointment time was 330pm, arrived at 3:20pm, not put in examination room until 4:05pm. Staff is friendly but seem to not care about your time. This has been going since my first visit, 2 years ago.
This office charged my husband $200.00 due to the fact of insurance carrier change. When he called the office to see why he was charged the representative told him the reason concluding that he should have told the office that his insurance changed. This is ridiculous. It’s called Customer Service for a reason. If the office seen that the information wasn’t updated they could have called. A simple follow up would have insured that payments were being processed correctly. Instead of that we got hit with an unexpected 200.00 charge and a matter -of -fact- it’s your -fault attitude. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Staff really nice helpful. Just hard to get my equipment sometimes. Have not scene the main dr. Since I first came to this office.
