My experience was not good. They do not give you directions on how to get to the sleep study. They Do not tell you the closest garage that you can park in. No instructions were given on what not to do , but I'm glad I looked it up first. I called to ask some questions and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. She was fast talking me as, if she did not want to be there. I will definitely be switching to another provider. I can say that my tech Michael was awesome! No one followed up with me or anything. I have OSA and still no CPAP machine. It's ridiculous how they treat you.

SO hard to get through to someone - it took at least 5 phone calls and messages, no one returned my call. When I finally got through they were super rude (except for Brian). Made me feel super uncomfortable, would not recommend.
Disgustingly dated rooms, even though I saw staff cleaning everywhere they can't take a 60 year old room and make it look clean. The beds? Awful!!! My shoulder is killing me!!! I was left standing around for over 20 minutes for someone to let me in to the sleep lab after pressing the intercom button 4 times (trying to be patient!). The over night people are great. Bryan is great. But OHMYGOD this is the worst sleep lab I've been to so far. I've stayed in cheap hotels that look nicer. NO sound blocking from other rooms (can hear kids scream), light still lets in from the window. I'd rather spend 24 hours in Hill Finklea County Jail than ever get another sleep study done, especially at this location!!
