When I called they said they were not Merit health, but instead Baptist. I scheduled. After my appointment I called and they said they are not affiliated with Baptist or any other hospital in the area. Why did they lie? No idea.
I took someone to their appointment here and these receptionist have been rude to 95% of the patients that have been in here since we arrived. It’s ridiculous. I hope the doctors and NP treat them better in the back. I would never make an appointment here. Being rude to the elderly especially sets bad under my skin. These 3 working this check-in today, need to be at home if they are that miserable.
Dr. Rappi is my doctor and she is absolutely awesome. I just love her!!! She is very helpful and very caring. The best doctor I’ve ever had.

Dr Cannon has been my doctor for the past 11 yrs. He always listens to me regarding how I’m feeling and talks me through what his treatment plan is. Dr Cannon is the absolute BEST! His Nurse Practitioner, Mollie, is great too!
