Have not been allowed to see Dr. Cannon since my surgery August, 2022. Only allowed to see a nurse practitioner. Have tried to get my prescription refilled but have not responded to my pharmacists 2 requests. Called today to Dr. Cannon's office, receptionist was rude & interrupted me twice. She would not promise anyone would return my call. She said they may or may not. Will find another pulmonologists. Terrible patient customer service. I have never been treated like this by any other Dr. or doctor's staff. They prescribe medicine to you & then forget about you when you need a refill.
An excellent and nurturing physician. Dr Cannon cares about his patients. The staff is professional and feels like a big family. Linda Lee
