they do not answer the phone at all
Waited for over 1 hour BEFORE PA came in. Waited for weeks to SEE doctor who ended up seeing me via FaceTime! Don't go here
I have been a patient since March and whenever I need a refill on my medication it takes them forever to contact the pharmacy.
My dad was prescribed a CPAP machine a year ago, which was then recalled by the manufacturer. Insurance company made him go get another sleep study to get the CPAP prescribed again, to get a replacement. He had the sleep study done in February, and Sleep Practitioners has STILL not submitted the order for the new CPAP. He called them at least 3 times reminding them to submit the order, but they STILL haven’t now 2 months later.
