Everybody is kind and caring and Dr Jackson has wonderful bedside manner Ed really cares about his patients..why would Northside hospital close this location? Northside hospital should not be closing this location this is much needed in this community. I have been going here for at least over 7 years. It is a very sad day and they will be missed. I thank Dr.Jackson for your years of excellent service and your team.

I have been a patient here for a few months. The first time I came in was a horrible experience. The Dr/provider was late and very behind on our appointment. I requested to see a new Dr and he was great. Unfortunately the staff and way this office operates is very slow and lazy. I tried to call in several times and you never get an answer and the responses left on the voicemail are not tended to within the time frame that they say they will be. The lady at the front desk has never once been pleasant to speak with and in fact will actually go behind your back and complain to her fellow co workers if you make her answer any questions or do what I assumed to be her job. Very unprofessional and definitely not how any customers should be treated. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else where you are not talked down to or treated poorly considering at the end of the day your visits help pay their salary.

Upon a first time visit I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Kelly with Southeastern Lung Care to issue my lung test. Kelly was VERY rude and unprofessional which considering her line of work was beyond frustrating. While administering the lung test she was upset with my request for a second to catch my breather after becoming light headed. She said "Do you want to take the test or leave then followed up by talking about how many people some in and have no issue with doing the test instead of just giving the requested time to regain my composure. She showed her frustration and attitude throughout my entire experience with her. I could tell by how cavalier she was in her disrespect that this was likely not a first time thing. I made sure to express my dissatisfaction with the front office staff.

A wonderful experience in scheduling both a sleep study and then getting set up with my new CPAP. I go to the Greensboro/Lake Oconee office and my experiences have been absolutely wonderful! Dr Snyder was prompt and very professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes from my appointment times. And Laura did such an outstanding job of getting me set up with my new CPAP! She has been amazing and I’m so thankful for her and the team at this office. They have really taken care of me through this process!

Dr. Melby is excellent, professional, and open. Some members of the office staff rush a little, and are very coarse, but this can just be that they are behind when I go. I have never been treated poorly there. They respond to messages, emails, etc. in a timely manner.
