Here right now will see how it goes Update: Please read this review. Going to this emergency room was the worst experience of my life. We checked in at 2:00am because of a 104 fever with nausea. We were so worried and needed something for the high fever. We waited for 4+ hours in the waiting room, the nurse marise came out calling a patient name (We thought she had called us) I asked her for the name and she laughed at me then walked away. It was so frustrating. Finally we were called back 4 hours later around 5-6AM. We were fatigued, dehydrated, and sick with high fever. We go back there only to see the nurses move with no type of urgency. They moved with such casualness, I walked by the main room where all the nurses were and everyone is just chilling. Waiting 4 hours is such a disgrace honestly just sad, we almost left to just go into an urgent care instead. Once Dr. Khurana came to see us he was cold, you could tell he was uninterested not really seeing us as humans, cant even explain it. The nurses that came in the room were very carless due to lack of communication, im not sure because they were recommending we take medication that we were not allowed to take if they had read the chart. If we were misinformed that could have been very dangerous. One Dr. Edwards was atleast very kind and warm towards us, she spent a good amount of time with us jn the room but other than that our entire experience was horrible. From the waiting room, to nurse, to the casualness of the entire staff, just horrible experience.
Dr. Bromberek quite literally changed my life. I came to her during one of the scariest and most vulnerable moments I’ve ever experienced, and from the very first interaction, she made me feel safe. Her calm voice, her patience, and the way she truly saw me as a person — not just a patient — meant more than I can put into words. She took exceptional care of me, explaining everything with kindness and never rushing, even when I was overwhelmed and afraid. She reassured me when I needed it most and made sure I left not just medically stable, but emotionally at peace, knowing deep in my heart that I was going to be okay. Dr. Bromberek treats her patients with genuine compassion, dignity, and love. You can feel how deeply she cares, and that kind of care is rare. I will never forget the comfort she gave me during such a difficult time, and I will forever be grateful for her dedication, her humanity, and her incredible heart.
I have been using Emory Clinic since 1983. Emory hospitals are my go-to. I had open-heart surgery at Emory Midtown in 2004. This past weekend I had a cardiac event and went to Emory John’s Creek. There was no wait time in the ER. The care was outstanding. The technology? Mind blowing. A beautiful physical plant. Wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff - everyone seems to care. I had a CT scan, echocardiogram, MRI, and lots of bloodwork. I could not ask for better care. We live 20 miles away but from now on this is our hospital.
first time visiting this location and this hospital been frankly saying this that i was very nervous as i was under unfortunate circumstances for D&C procedure evacuation today.! by the time me and my husband walked in i felt a good aura firstly thought as its in early in the morning at 5:30 schedule but not to mention the hospital itself was clean and tidy too.! continued as i got to meet the nurses ( jennifer, sandra) anesthesia,( howe) general checkup (eldsey) finally the doctor who performed procedure- DR. Benjamin Querishi i thank each and everyone whom i didn’t mentioned but got an opportunity to meet them everyone were caring and helpful with humble gesture made me feel comfortable and got this process easy and through in timely manner which i greatly appreciate.
One of the most beautiful medical Facilities in Metro Atlanta. Had a wonderful visit with one of the patients and found the staff from the front desk to medical personnel, joyful in their role and helpful in service. I was blown away to see Gideon’s Bibles in the room and in the waiting room. This is the first time that I have seen that in a major hospital. And absolutely exceptional facility beautiful in every way 💯
