The PA's are great, I never met the doctor, and the billing department acts like a third world scam. Make sure you hold on to your payment receipts, because you will have to prove you paid them months later.
If you are interested in a sleep study I suppose this is the place to go. But…if you want a pulmonary doctor, go elsewhere. Went twice or three times and was never allowed to see the doctor. Only the PA. I would have at least liked to have known what he looked like.
The staff were excellent. I loved how nice and clean everything was. I had a tv, recliner, and best of all, a fan! The bed was comfortable and I loved the comforter. Overall it was a great experience for one that I have been dreading for so long.
Everyone yesterday was great 👍. I have never had anything but positive experience. Saw Cassie yesterday she is awesome. Answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I have seen Matt before he is awesome as well. They all need a raise!!
The staff was great but the overall experience was not great . I paid for everything up front expecting to receive what was left over after the insurance paid. They delayed my insurance company by not processing my claim and charged me rental on the machine for over a year at the end of the process I ended up owing them. My insurance company kept telling me they were not processing it right. Don't let this happen to you
