From check-in to wake-up time my experience was excellent. Petra is a fine technician who helped me with advice about a mask change which saved me from having to change to a very expensive machine. All of you made a potentially worrisome experience into a very pleasant one. Kudos to Petra and all of you.
Doctor's care about their patients, but admin is a different matter. They consider rescheduling as "cancellations" and then they want you to request a new referral. They do not consider the individual's needs. This institute lacks empathy and flexibility.
I personally had a great experience! Everything went well and quick from my check in time to my actual sleep study; my needs were met to the best of their ability. The lady (I wish I remembered her name) who was assisting and observing me did her best to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable, we engaged in very nice conversation so it was not awkward and boring while getting hooked up. If I were ever required return, I would gladly go with no hesitation.
I was greeted decently by the staff which could have been better but this review is about the technician who connected my leads and monitored me. Julia was absolutely awesome and very attentive. She made the experience very comfortable for me. She gets 5 stars in my book! :)
I have never been more disappointed by any medical service as I have been by TMH Sleep Center. VERY poorly managed from my experience. I gave it 1 star because it will not let me give 0 stars.
