Never really had a problem with them since my mother started going there. She has MS. I understand having fun in a work place. And it’s not just here, it’s everywhere now. We don’t want to be there no more than you want to be there. We come in at midnight. I don’t want to sit and wait hrs for someone to come in. The charge nurse was great. Dr. Not so much. Got very aggravated because my mother couldn’t speak well. No one in north Mississippi wants to learn about ms. Not our fault. We didn’t ask for this. Nurses playing behind the desk. No one is here for people anymore. It’s for a paycheck. Love your job and the help for people or find another profession.

My dad had a stroke. The receptionist wouldn’t let me back to the ER to see him or give me any information. I sat there for over an hour. My mom (who is a nurse) arrived in scrubs and was also told to just wait that they had no more information. I approached the desk and asked for patient advocacy number, then wouldn’t give it to me. They wouldn’t provide me the receptionist’s last name. The security guard kept loudly cutting me off and trying to intimidate me. When I told them I was calling patient advocacy on them a nurse magical appeared to summon us back. This was so unprofessional and unnecessary. The receptionists, security, and nurses could all stand to have some empathy and customer service training. They left us fearing for our father’s life for no reason. The charge nurse apologized and said it shouldn’t have happened. But it did. Do better Magnolia. Yall should be ashamed of how yall treated our family.

From the moment I walked into this hospital I felt respected and heard. The Dr. In the ER was amazing he heard everything I said and took appropriate steps to find the issue and fix the problem. The nurse was great also. She made me feel at ease. I recommend this hospital for all your emergent needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

My grandson and I go there for rehab. They are excellent in every they do to make sure it is working for you. My grandson has Downs Syndrome so it takes patience with him. His therapist have shown nothing but love and care for him. He loves going there, so I know he feels safe. My therapist are so good at their job, they have been working with me and I usually can feel a big difference when I leave. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would have to have therapy. They are a great staff.

I had a great experience at the hospital. Being in a hospital isn't my idea of having a good day, but all the staff and Dr's were exceptional. Dr smith and his staff were excellent, the receptionist was kind. Nurses, Julie, Angel, Clay and Lori were phenomenal. Thanks magnolia For being kind. Dwayne
