Advance center for sleep disorders sucks ! They need to be closed down . They have me so mad right now . My daughter and I have been trying to get a c-pap machine for over a year with them . They legit canceled two of my appointments because I work nights and they call me during the day to confirm the appointment they ARE supposed to give you a 24 hour window to respond back ! They NEVER HAVE they have CANCELED on me twice and allowed other patients to come before us even tho it’s us that’s drove all these miles had to stay the night at other places for this dumb BS! I’m so mad rn , the guy on the phone said I didn’t respond fast enough so the insurance has canceled the task or doctor so now I have to start completely over another whole stupid year of bad sleep because of other people doing shitty jobs. I’m sorry for this but I’m livid . Don’t USE THEIR CRAPPY SLEEP SERVICE YOULL LOOSE MORE DEALING WITH THEIR HEADACHE ! 🤕 say a prayer cause I’m legit so upset I could go up there . It’s just insane cause less then a hour ago they left me a voicemail saying insurance is taking care of it I just needed to confirm then the Indian dude on the phone told me no I have to start all over so they are very misleading and very unprofessional. Highly highly dissatisfied with their customer service . No wonder you have a 3 point review should have paid better attention on my behalf .
Was not informed of associated costs before showing up. Could have easily been mentioned in one of the SEVERAL phone calls confirming appt time and location, but instead they waited until we showed up, resulting in a huge waste of time and energy.
My experience was terrible. If you're looking for a good solution to your sleep problems? This is not it. This is where you go to waste your time, money and fuel. You won't see a doctor but a lot of assistants and a wandering PA. If you'd like to have a sleep study done, this place is not it. They give out equipment that isn't charged/broken, and they require you to return it an hour away to their offices in Chattanooga or be penalized. When the equipment doesn't record anything because it wasn't charged? Even though you did all that driving to try and help them out? Too bad. Not their problem, pay up. Oh, and would you like to do that again sir? Nope.
I never get reminders on when I need new supplies. I work alot of hours so I always forget and it's frustrating when no one tells you AND having private insurance because I pay out of pocket so it's very important that I keep up.
Having to wait over 45 minutes during two appointments is a bit excessive. Being at my appt. earlier than scheduled doesn't seem to help in any way. A bit frustrated with their explanations on sleep apnea. I've only seen Dr. Chandra once in my multiple visits, and he was pretty thorough.
