Ive had some bad experiences here before but tonight was different. The nurse who took my blood pressure was very sweet. The NP AJ who helped drain my HS lesion was very kind and understanding of my pain. The nurse that assisted him Maddie was also very kind.

This was the worst hospital experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no compassion or professionalism. The staff overall was careless and unprofessional, making the entire visit extremely stressful and unpleasant. It was clear that proper training is lacking, and patients deserve far better care than what is provided here. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital if they are looking for respectful treatment and quality care.

I took my daughter to the ER on Saturday, September 6, 25, because she was experiencing a serious GI issue. She was constantly choking and having multiple seizures in a row. I want to commend the doctor and the nurses for their outstanding care! They truly went above and beyond. The medication they provided that night made a significant difference for my daughter. The experience delivering here was awesome. All of the staff we encountered were so helpful and compassionate. Everyone went above and beyond to answer questions , educate, and accommodate my needs as things arose. The nurses were very reassuring at every step of the process and the interventions they offered helped my labor progress better and safely. Everyone always announces what they are doing and asks permission to touch in sensitive areas. The energy in the room when my daughter came was amazing , empowering, and so joyful from the whole team. Everyone took great care of both of us for the rest of our stay , and my daughter and I quickly became pros at breastfeeding with how well informed everyone here is about it. You can tell the staff in the L&D and postpartum areas are very passionate about what they do and they genuinely care for their patients. I will go out of my way to choose to deliver here in the future.
