Advanced Center for Sleep Disorders

I’ve struggled with sleep problems for as long as I can remember, but I never truly understood how bad things were until I had a sleep study at ACSD. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Anuj Chandra and Dr. Lotika Chandra are absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain what was happening with my sleep, why I was feeling so exhausted during the day, and what my options were. When they recommended a CPAP, I’ll admit I was hesitant, and the idea of sleeping with a machine felt a little overwhelming. But I can honestly say it has changed my life. I wake up with more energy and clarity than I’ve felt in years. I didn’t realize how much my poor sleep was affecting every part of my daily life until it finally started improving. I also want to mention the wonderful nurse practitioners and PAs who handle follow-up visits. They are also very knowledgeable. If you’ve been putting off getting help for your sleep issues, the care I’ve received at the Advanced Center for Sleep Disorders has been exceptional. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The doctors themselves aren’t bad and they’re actually super informative and they seem to care about the patients wellbeing. The problem is the front office staff. I recently did a sleep study and when I went to my follow up appointment, I waited for 30 minutes only to be told they had LOST MY RESULTS. They told me they would call me the following day to discuss my results once they found them. That call never came. When I called the office to see what was going on, the woman on the phone was SOOO RUDE!! She said i needed to “check my voicemails before calling the office” but I had received no missed calls or messages. I finally got to speak with a doctor regarding my results (over telehealth, they didn’t even set up an in-office appointment) and was told I needed to do a SECOND study. I was told the office would call me later that day so that I could pick up the equipment for the at home study and once again, no one called. I called 4 days later to see what the issue was and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again only to be asked if i was willing to hold AGAIN. She finally agreed to leave a message with scheduling for them to call me back, but I seriously doubt that will ever happen. I never write reviews but this experience has been genuinely so horrible and stressful while I continue to struggle with debilitating sleep issues that I came to this office in SEPTEMBER to try to resolve.

My 1st visit was very impressive! Every staff member was personable and helpful. I never felt rushed and I enjoyed talking and learning about OSA. I know I am in good hands and on a road to better health and sleep. Thank you everyone at Advanced Center for Sleep Disorders.

I recently completed my clinical coursework to complete a medical assisting program at the Advanced Center For Sleep Disorders in Chattanooga, Tn. My experience there was amazing! The support and mentorship I received was outstanding! The entire staff was so kind, supportive, and patient with me as I learned the job I was assigned to. One particular employee, Allison, was absolutely vital to my success. She was truly a wonderful mentor, always showing me how to do tasks and procedures, and very patient with me even when I had to have her show me how to do something more than once. As someone who is older and changing careers, this positive attitude was very appreciated. Thank you to everyone there, and especially to Dr. Chandra and Dr. Pandit for giving me the opportunity to serve at your clinic. You have invested in my life, contributed to my sucess, and I am grateful!

Worst doctor office I have ever used. Sleep study locations are gross. They won’t take me off their call list. Continue to schedule appointments for me to get supplies without asking and won’t stop after repeated requests. They had me go do a study to get fitted only to not have the mask in stock I went to get fitted for. A total joke. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
