I stayed here for one night for a sleep study. Everything was nice, clean , and very comfortable. Jeff was very prompt, polite, and very professional! You will feel like you’re at home!
BE CAREFUL!!! I went to the location in Dayton, TN for my sleep study. I thought nothing of the "we're not responsible for personal items" form, as I assumed that was just to cover them if something happened or if someone broke in. I didn't think I'd have to worry about THE TECHNICIAL KICKING MY BACKPACK THAT WAS IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM THAT HE HAD NO REASON TO GO IN AND BREAKING MY IPAD. Not to mention the fact he knew I had my laptop and iPad in there because I was doing school work prior to falling asleep. I am very disappointed, not with the quality of work, but with the recklessness and lack of care that was exhibited during my study. So like I said, be careful. Don't bring in anything other than yourself. If you have to work on stuff as I did, take it back to your car before going to sleep. If that's not an option... well then good luck and kiss potentially fragile devices and belongings goodbye.
I went to DTS for a full sleep study. Very nice, clean, well run facility with professional and knowledgeable staff. Jeff and Lori, the owners, are super nice people and really make you feel comfortable. Lori helped me get my cpap machine fast and all my insurance was handled efficiently. Great company.
A very comfortable and nice establishment they make you feel like you are at home. I was so comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone that needs this service
