Rude nurse practitioner who seems like you are bothering her. I would not refer anyone to this clinic based on my past experiences. Go anywhere but here.
Attempted to take my almost 90 year old mother with mobility issues to her 8AM appointment this morning to be told the appointment would have to be rescheduled based on thier 15 minute policy. We arrived at 820AM and today was not a good mobility day but she trudged thru to get there. There was 1 patient in the waiting area and an empty parking lot (pictures of parking area taken to demonstrate just how empty it was and how swamped they were this morning). Patients aren't allowed the same 15 minute courtesy as she had to wait both in the lobby and in the patient screening rooms well over 15 minutes before being seen at every appointment. This clinic is not customer service oriented.
