Please allow for some privacy I understand that the two receptionists are doing intake in multiple patients but my medical issue is not anyone else’s business. So don’t loudly ask me what I’m here for . Perhaps lower your voices cause I don’t need to know what they’re here for. Seriously!! Other than that the providers are great. You will receive good care!
Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the nurses, techs, and provider, was amazing to deal with! They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I was feeling incredibly ill and I really dislike going to St. Pete’s so I tried this Urgent Care instead. The service was unbelievable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They did all the testing I needed, prescribed medication and sent me for a same day CT. 10/10 Highly recommend. It’s such a relief to have a medical facility in town we can count on!
The care Mom received at this urgent care was above and beyond. She was seen immediately and the issued was diagnosed. She had a blood work up and catscan and was treated in three and 1/2 hours. Everyone was so caring and thorough. We will recommend Benefis Urgent Care to everyone we know.
