So is being listed: most of the clinics in this directory were researched and added by us, at no cost to them, and they stay listed with the same information whether they ever pay or not. No listing is removed, downgraded, or altered for not paying.
"Details confirmed by the clinic" means a clinic checked its own details with us, after we confirmed who they are. It is free and is never sold.
An Enhanced Profile does not change a clinic's ranking. Featured placements are paid advertising and are labeled "Featured · Ad" everywhere they appear. Ratings and reviews come from public sources and are never edited for payment.
We do not promise more patients, a ranking, or a return on what you spend. Your monthly report shows what your listing actually received.
Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans renew automatically and can be canceled at any time from the billing portal link in your Stripe receipt; the plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. We refund a paid plan in full if it was bought for a new clinic we cannot verify, or if we cannot confirm you represent the clinic within 30 days. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
