Last night was an amazing experience due to Maggie! My service dog came with me and maggie made sure we were both comfortable! She's such a kind good hearted woman and I appreciate her taking care of us with kindness and respect
I recently had to bring my six-year-old son in for a sleep study. As you can imagine, it is a pretty unnerving and unusual experience for a child, especially with the unfamiliar room and all the electrodes that need to be attached to the body, head, and face. Knowing my son, I was certain he would be too anxious and upset to get through it. I honestly expected we would have to leave shortly after getting started. I have to say, the medical technician Maggie was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism was excellent, and even more importantly, she had an incredible ability to calm my son, make him laugh, and keep him engaged. She even let him help with parts of the process, which made the entire experience so much easier for him. Because of her patience and skill, we were able to complete the study without any issues, and I left feeling relieved and grateful. A huge shout-out to Maggie. I recently completed an in-house sleep study at Anchorage Sleep Center, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Maggie for being absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of throughout the entire night. From the moment I arrived, Maggie was warm, patient, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, checked in on me often, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful experience into something surprisingly easy and comfortable. I’m truly grateful for her care and dedication. Anchorage Sleep Center is lucky to have her, and I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a sleep study—ask for Maggie if you can!
I had a sleep study here last night and had a very positive experience. Maggie greeted me with a friendly smile and welcomed me in. She explained the process thoroughly, all the while remaining positive, professional and friendly. Sleep studies are kinda odd to begin with, but I felt very comfortable with Maggie. It was obvious she enjoyed her job and that she has a lot of experience. All of my interactions with the staff at Anchorage Sleep Center have been positive- from the front desk staff, to the Nurse Practitioner, and with Maggie. They've all made a rather stressful experience as easy as possible. If you need a sleep study go to Anchorage Sleep Center!
My experience at Anchorage sleep study was amazing, Maggie my Tech was phenomenal, very detailed oriented, you can tell Maggie loves what she does and it shows. Maggie is very knowledgeable in her field. Maggie goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Room i was in is better than most hotel rooms i’ve been in. Anchorage sleep study covered all your basic amenities and more. 10/10 in my opinion for room and 20/10 for the tech Maggie. I appreciate the staff here from start to finish.
