There's lots of parking/deck There's someone to help you out of your car, and also to help you into the building, if you need help. You need to wear a mask. The office is very clean The staff is helpful. The Dr is great. This is a great place to go to.
I’ve had several sleep studies previously and this was probably the most comfortable I felt during the process. The staff and facilities were very accommodating to relieve the stress of sleeping away from home. Thankfully, they took the time to go over options for a comfortable masks; which I continue to use. I would highly recommend their services for sleep related care.
On Friday, 2-25-22, my aunt, Katie , had an appointment for a respiratory evaluation. Her time was 2pm. Because we live so far away and know how Charlotte traffic can be, we left early, and therefore arrived early.....very early....like 1pm. The person that greeted us was Brian and he explained that the person scheduled to do her evaluation had just left for lunch and wouldn't be back for a while. We told him we understood and knew it was our error and would patiently wait. However, Brian shortly returned with Tarina who skillfully and professionally and very kindly performed katie's evaluation and had us back on the road in no time. I really think Tarina and Brian both gave up their lunch break to accomodate us. Thank you, from the heart, to two very helpful, kind employees! We appreciate you so much. Bill and Connie Cagle
My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so nice, I felt like Dr. Kirsch sincerely cared for me and my struggles sleeping. I felt confident that after my sleep study, we would be able to get me on the path to better sleep. Did the sleep study, came back and met with Zoe, the Nurse Practitioner, and my experience with her was completely opposite. She said I only stop breathing 3 times per hour and acted like it's not a big deal, and maybe for her it's not, but that was alarming for me. She didn't seem to realize that would be a concern for me. She said I should just go online and find some sort of snoring device. I had been so hopeful but she was almost careless, she could've said 'meh, I've seen worse' and it would've had the same feeling. Dr. Kirsch had suggested my tonsils could be a concern, but Zoe said she knew someone who got tonsils out and it didn't help so she wouldn't recommend. I felt like I'd been dismissed as a waste of time. :(
