It was the first time having a sleep study done with my little one. We had a great experience at this sleep center. Julian did an amazing job making my son feel comfortable. He was very nice and patient.
I WAS A PATIENT IN THE HEART UNIT I HAD THE VERY BEST CARE BY THE NURSES AND NURSING, ASSISTANTS, AND DOCTOR'S, THANK YOU BANNER DECERT FOR THE EXCELLENT, PATIENT CARE, THEY ALL FOCUS ON GIVING THE BEST PATIENT CARE POSIBLE, NURSES DOCTORS NURSING ASSISTANTS AND MANAGERS ALWAYS WORKING TOGETHER TO GIVE EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE, EVERYONE WAS PATIENT COMPATIONATE, AND GOOD LISTENERS , THEY ALL PATIENT TO EACH OTHER BTHE PATIENTS AND BY WORKING TOGETHER, THEY BRING THE VERY BEST CARE, I DIDID STAY ALMOST 4 DAYS, THE DELIVERING FOOD SERVICE , EXCELLENT, THERE RESPECTFUL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF, THANKYOU BANNER DECERT EMPLOYEES DR'S AND NURSES, I DO RECOMEND BANNER DECERT MEDICAL CENTER, 100% I TRUST MY HEALTH TO BANNER DECERT THANK YOU EVERYONE, FOR THE EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE, GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
I was never notified that, despite calling the Mesa location and scheduling with the Mesa location, my home sleep study equipment would actually be at the University location. No email, no call, no text. TWICE. AND i never would've known if it weren't for Pamela and Tina arriving during my second attempt to pick up my equipment here, angels that they are. They helped me find out where my equipment was located and made sure I wouldn't get marked as a no show. This would be a one-star review except for them. Thank you Pamela and Tina!!!!!
First time doing a sleep study and the lady ( I don’t remember her name) that helped me was very kind and explained everything as my appointment went on. I usually sleep with a fan and forgot one so she brought it in for me to use. Great experience overall and I was comfortable. I do recommend taking your own pillows, that’s the only thing I wish would have done.
We had a good experience at this sleep center for my 4 year old. He has autism and they really accommodated him. Pam went above and beyond to make my son comfortable. She was so patient and kind. Thank you!!
