I have severe ocd and didn't think I would be able to sleep, but the tech was so nice and reassured me, and i slept probably 4 hours, everything was super clean. Was able to take a shower after.
Slept like a baby woke up to a nightmare. I received a bill for $6307.01 to having this procedure done and I have insurance.
I do NOT recommend this place if you are setting up a sleep study for an elderly person. The people that conduct the sleep study are very nice; however, when it comes to scheduling, the woman that handles it is extremely rude and arrogant. Both times she had an elderly family member confused and upset. Also, if you have any questions about the sleep study and have to call be prepared to become even more frustrated. I called twice and each time I had to hold 15+ minutes to speak to someone only to speak to that rude woman in scheduling who acts like you are wasting her time! I am done with this place but I am calling the next business day to speak to a supervisor!
