The Dr and staff were kind and attentive. When I left the Dr and her staff told me that the medical equipment order was in. I waited a month to find out they did not fax my proper medical forms after they told me they did 2 weeks ago. I drove out to the office (two counties away from my home)and had to sit in the office a month later and wait for the forms so I could take them directly to the medical equipment provider to actually get my CPAP equipment. The staff kept telling me that they faxed the forms when they had in fact not faxed any forms and never got the Dr to sign them. No matter how good the Dr and staff were, I would have never gotten my approved CPAP equipment had I not gone back and insisted they give them to me. I have to admit this experience was unfair and totally unacceptable and I got no apologies or compensation for this mess. If the office workers realized my time is as valuable as theirs, maybe this would not happen. They blamed it on the Dr leaving the office and forgetting to sign the forms a whole month later. By the way my equipment was a year old and you’re supposed to replace equipment every month.

My sleep test couldn't have gone any better, my technologist, Robert Brown, was a true gentleman. He explained everything before starting, as he was attaching wires, and again as he was removing them. He made sure I was comfortable before he left the room for the night. All I had to do was call his name if I had to go to the bathroom during the night. The next morning, he made sure the Lyft was the one for me before I entered the car. That sure made me feel better since I'm 71 years old. I really appreciated that. The room and bathroom was very nice. Best sleep I've had in a while. I have NO complaints what so ever. Thank you Robert....

I saw Dr. Bashir June of 2024. It is now Almost April 2025 and I still haven’t had my sleep study. I was supposed to have it September 2024, but that got rescheduled for October. Then October rolled around and they said they had to cancel that appointment because they were going to remodel and so my appointment was moved to APRIL 2024! So today they contacted me a third time to change my appointment YET AGAIN, for June. I’m on vacation that week so I will not be rescheduling. I have been very satisfied with all the services I’ve received through Bon Secours up until now. This has been beyond frustrating. Hopefully Bon Secours will read this review and all the others and do something about this practice.

I had my 1’st sleep study a few nights ago. I was referred to them by my advanced heart failure specialist. I was comfortable and cared for very well from the time I got there until the time I left. My technician was Walt, and he was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, as was the room that comes with a private bathroom. I didn’t think I’d be able to sleep during the study, but I actually slept better there than I have been at home lately lol. They got back to me today, just a few days later and told me that I have some pretty severe results…they had an unexpected opening tonight so I’m going back to do another study, but this time I will be trying out a CPAP. I requested the same technician, and unlike before when I did not know what to expect, I’m not dreading this at all. These people who actually do the sleep studies are wonderful. At least Walt is. Dr. K. Was very knowledgeable and took his time with me during my first appointment. He showed me the room I would be staying in. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, although I realize they haven’t been many. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
