I had a wonderful experience at this sleep lab. Megan was patient, professional and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful night feel easy. Highly recommend this sleep lab.
Staff was knowledgeable and kind during the preparation of my overnight stay. They were accommodating about temperature of the room, providing additional blankets, and even offered a fan. I was having anxiety going into this but knew it was necessary. By the time I laid down to sleep I felt much more at ease.
Meghan was very friendly and made sure I was settled in before affixing all of the sensors. She answered all of my questions and was very informative of the process. I slept well and was quite comfortable.
My technician was efficient but unfriendly. The procedure was stressful and it would've been calming to have had a nicer person working with me. Further, I was given a light cotton hospital blanket and not offered more blankets in a very cold room. The technician asked if the temperature was OK but before I could really think about it, she left. She told me I could press a red button if I needed her but didn't show me where the button was; I couldn't locate it in a pitch-black room. Finally, the man I spoke with on the phone seemed put out when I asked for specific directions. "Didn't you get the email?" he said in response. I don't recommend this facility based on my experience there.
My experience was very good. The facility was clean and inviting. Megan who was my technician was great! I appreciated her patience and thoroughness in prepping for the test. She answered all my questions and concerns and without her attentive care, I don't think the experience would have been as successful. My apprehension was through the roof and without Megan, I don't think I would have been able to complete the test.
