I am shocked to read so many negative reviews. I had an excellent experience with my overnight sleep study in July. Ethan was my technician. He was respective, informative, competent and kind. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nearby. I felt like I was in great hands. The location is excellent, very safe, with plenty of parking. I highly recommend them!
I have severe sleep apnea and had been using CPAP for 7 years and it stopped working in middle of the night. I called 24 hour help line and they couldn't help me on a Friday night and said wait until Monday and I could call. Very shitty customer service and night time tech knowing nothing. Since I use Oxygen too the technician said to use the Oxygen only. So why do i need a cpap then ? I use CPAP for problems with Epilepsy. If I have a seizure tonight the the company will be sued for not protecting my health. Very shitty company. If you have other choices of companies i recommend you not use this one and find a company that has 24 hour help.
Impossible to reach a person there. Their hold music specifically states that if you don't get someone in 2 minutes, you will be shunted to Voicemail. I've left several voicemails and they do not return voicemails. There is a crazy mess of billing systems used. They also auto-opt you into a text message dialog. It's basically a front of hashed together garbage applications pretending to be a bone fide business. I cancelled my appointment and flew to another state to do the sleep study rather than work with them. Grossly incompetent organization.
Well I had a sleep study on may 30 th , I haven’t being able to sleep since my mom passed away almost 2 years ago. The staff were all very nice and caring. The only problem I had well wasn’t really a problem, but the man didn’t remove all the stick tags that were placed on me for the study. But no big deal. They were great. Thanks
I have only had positive experiences with this company. I have had 2 sleep studies with them (1 was just a baseline and the other a titration) and was very pleased both times. Facility was clean, staff respectful and understanding, and it was probably the best experiences I've had dealing with CPAP's and sleep apnea. Bed was comfy, good pillows, the works. Noah was my "person" (I know they have a technical term but I can't remember it) and was very patient and understanding when it came to wires and nodes and me being comfortable. I have had nothing but positive experiences including messages through Klarna, phone calls, and in office experiences. I would recommend and, if I need another test, I will happily come back. My ONLY complaint was how long it took to have the study but that wasn't their fault but rather my insurances fault. They did their job admirably.
