I always find this office very comfortable, and all the staff are nice and helpful.

Ive been a patient for 10+yrs. I called because of Covid to ask their hours, I was told they were open till 4:30. I arrived in the lobby at 3:55 to get a 90 day print out for a IDOT physical. I asked if they could give me the print out for my appointment at IWORKS @ 7:45 the next morning, It takes less than 2 minutes to do(I have it done every 2 yrs). . The rude girl at the desk said “we close at 4, so we do t have time! I said it’s not 4 and 5 minutes before me , a guy a work with just got his. All she would do is repeat “it’s almost 4 , we close at 4 , so you can leave it here and pick it up tomorrow or come back another day, like a robot! If a business is open till 4 and you get there before they close, you expect the services they offer especially when they only take 2 minutes. Very POOR customer service. . IF YOU CLOSE AT 3:55, you should tell people you close at 3-55 and not 4pm. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
