Terrible. Had my initial consultation where I was sent for my sleep study. Competed sleep study a month ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Ive called 4 times, leaving a message 3 times and speaking with a receptionist who supposedly left a message with the doctor. Just so unprofessional
Had a really great experience, staff was caring and professional, appointment was straightforward and rooms were clean, room temperature was adjusted as needed, and equipment was well-maintained.
I defiantly would have given them 5 starts Very neat clean and effective however getting my medical records from my sleep study that was done on Nov 11th today is Dec 28th and the doctor still doesn't have them several request have been made via fax via voice mail via telephone call actually speaking with a person giving them all the information and my doctor still does not have the sleep study results that I need for surgery.
