I’ve been coming here with my daughter for the past few years, and they’ve always been incredibly kind and patient with her. We never have to wait long, and the doctor is always willing to listen to my concerns. He never rushes to give a diagnosis—instead, he carefully follows the case, explores different options, and always makes me feel at ease.

Hope this review is for the one in Lakeland. My experience was horrible. We went over my child’s sleep study results and at first she said everything looks good and there is no concern. As I am reading the paper I clearly see snoring is an issue (which is why we did the study in the first place). He snores and sometimes die to mouth breathing he chokes so that keeps him up at night. Her recommendation was nasal spray and that he will outgrow it. AND that when he wakes up at night to let him cry because he sleep issue is obviously behavioral. This is not ny first child, with ny other son he needed to have his adenoids removed for snoring/mouth breathing as well. After that, his sleeping pattern changed DRASTICALLY. He sleep all night. I am not saying its the same thing, but I know it clearly is NOT behavioral. She should really update herself on airway obstruction and how it affects sleep. I will never go back to see this doctor and definitely will not recommend. Let me be clear though, I only went here to Lakeland to review the results with Dr. Anunya Hiranrattana and did not like her at all. The overnight sleep study was done somewhere else and that staff was great. :)

I had my follow up appt today for my daughter's test results. Dr. Anunya was very personable and professional. She took her time and explained all results and answered all my questions to my satisfaction or understanding. Any future appts, I would love to see her again for my daughter's care

I loved the doctor and the front desk and testing lady’s they were kind and all had a wealth of knowledge. Doctor was great, made my child comfortable and helped her understand why and how the medications she wants her on will work for what she does and her specific needs. We had a small issue with prescriptions being sent to wrong pharmacy but I’m hoping to get that fixed quickly.

This was my child’s 3rd sleep study and definitely our least favorite experience. Prepare to be harassed with countless calls and threats of $250 cancellation fees. I confirmed my appointment FOUR TIMES and still received calls all week. Arrived at 7:55pm for the 8pm appointment given. I was told that there were 2 children ahead of mine, she would not be able to be set up for a hour and a half due to set up taking 45 minutes per child and for my child to please not fall asleep. 8 pm appointment would mean my child wouldn’t be going to sleep until 10:15 pm when she’s normally sleep at 7:30-8 pm. However, we didn’t come to play, so we didn’t bring anything to play with for a hour and a half, the 20 inch tv in the room did not work, the WiFi kept displaying error messages and the fan on the nightstand definitely gave a warning that it may get a little warm in the room. The best part of the experience was definitely Brian. The gracious, patient, apologetic and friendly tech responsible for setting up all 3 patients booked nightly ALONE. The 2 stars given were definitely only because of Brian who deserves 5 of his own stars. As for the owners of the Lakeland location, please fix your televisions, get better WiFi, inform your patients and their families of the nightly wait time and remember the services are for children and families that are unaware they need to provide their own entertainment to keep their child awake at a SLEEP STUDY due to being understaffed and overbooked.
