It was great from when I walked in with my son till when I walked out. I was greeted, spoken to with respect and heard. I also was scheduled for a follow up visit quite soon , sooner then I thought, two weeks after the 1st initial consultation. Thank you so much, I do recommend to other families ☺️
We were absolutely thrilled with the care that we received from Dr Fortuno at Child Neurology Center of Central Florida. She took her time to listen, ask questions, and thoroughly evaluate our daughter. They squeezed us into an afternoon appointment for an EEG, and gave us several helpful referrals, doing the legwork to make sure we could get in as soon as possible. I’m honestly stunned with how excellent the overall care and service was with this practice. Also, the office staff was extremely friendly, compassionate, and helpful. If I could give 1000 stars, I would.
We drove 4 hours to come here and will continue to do so. Got us in quickly due and did an EGG same day. Appreciate the helpful staff and the efforts they made to make my son comfortable and get us informed quickly. Highly recommend.
I was surprised by how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The doctor was very thorough and took his time to explain the next steps for my son. He made sure to create a plan that is in my son's best interest and will help support him moving forward.
I’ve taken both my kids here now and they’re amazing. Doctors are very professional. Check in and check out employees are super nice. I’ve only had a problem with a gentleman that answers the phone every time I’ve called he sounds like he’s trying to rush the call and is very nasty. I called for my daughter a few weeks ago after her pediatrician sent a referral over called to confirm being with my son I had to call to verify it was received so I did the same for my daughter. The gentleman answered and asked if I had registered my daughter and I said no I’m calling to check if her referral was received and to schedule an appointment. He said if she’s not registered then it means her referral wasn’t received. I called pediatrician they faxed it over. I called the office again the following day and this time a woman answered. I told her I had called the day before and she asked if I had registered my daughter I told her no it’s her first appointment she said okay let me get her registered and then I can verify if we received it that way. I told her the gentleman yesterday said I couldn’t register her until you guys got the referral and she said no that they had to register her first and then check. I informed her of the gentleman and she apologized. She quickly got an appointment for my daughter for the following week. Other than this gentleman I have no issues with this office and would definitely recommend.
