Cone Health Sleep Disorders CenterSleep Clinic in Greensboro, NC

I know that Cone Health Sleep Lab has a great reputation. However, for two weeks I have left messages trying to contact them to schedule two sleep studies and they have yet to call me back to schedule them. It appears they do not have anyone during the day to answer such calls and at the very least needs to hire a scheduler to do so. UPDATED four months later... The technicians were very professional and I have absolutely no complaints about their direct-care staff. But, I was appalled at the low quality of data documented in the sleep study report, signed off by their physician. Being a retired owner of a sleep lab, I can tell you it's the worst I've ever seen! People who have other sleep breathing disorders such as UARS or OSA with a positional component will most likely be denied life-saving treatment due to the physician just signing off on a generated report without actually "reading" the raw data from the actual sleep studies. He also will refuse to re-review the raw data upon request, no matter how professional or kind you might be. Your health is your life! Don't put it in the hands of physicians who think less of your life. Go elsewhere!

My daughter had a good experience here. We were to arrive at 8pm. They took her back at 8:30. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. My daughter stated that the technician explained the process thoroughly to her and made her feel very comfortable. They woke her up at 4am and departure was at 5:30. The medical plaza is very clean and orderly.

I had my sleep study last night. First thing I want to thank the receptionist. Very nice lady and extremely patient. Also Kenyan tech was very professional and kind. Thank you to everyone. I appreciate you
