Why is your office only open 3 days a week? And why cant you ever get a person to give you the answers you are looking for? Marquise is no help when you need something, it takes her days to respond to you( if she responds) and you are lucky if she helps! And why are all calls with PAs or NPs over video chat only? I have tried calling so many times to make an appointment and your office is rarely open! This office is very frustrating
