Was a little concerned about our stay.. But Debbie made our experience amazing. My 9 yr granddaughter had to do a sleep study & was scared. Debbie eased our minds & gave us reassurance she was going to take good care of us. She did exactly that and made us feel at home. I definitely recommend a stay if you need a study done overnight. Keep up the amazing work Debbie I just love your caring spirit..
Hair noted from another patient on the reusable EEG leads intended to be placed on me. Broken night vision camera in next room required shared bathroom light to remain on with next door patients door ajar. (?). Staff commented that it had been broken for some time and they didn’t know when it would be repaired. Insensitive staff that didn’t listen to me and responded with disinformation. Final written report from their doctor included wrong assumptions about why I was there. I would not recommend.
From front desk to Dr. Dihenia and all caregivers in between, these are people of excellence. They are kind, they like their patients and they deliver good results. If you have a choice, and too often we don’t, you’ll be glad you choose this group of wonderful people.
Total let down. $8800 sleep study they told me I didn’t have sleep apnea. No follow up suggestion to check iron levels.
Christal, did an excellent job, she was very accommodating and professional, she went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible. Even served coffee the next morning. I highly recommend any one having to have a sleep study use covenant.
