The doctor was nice but the nurses were nasty when I asked for an update on a claim. They lied about actually sending the claim out in the first place and now I’m even further back in the line because of them. I don’t know what is going on at froedtert lately, but I have had nothing but terrible experiences and giant bills to pay. I’ll be happy once I get my required equipment and don’t have to deal with them anymore. As I mentioned though, the doctor was nice it’s just his staff doesn’t seem to like to actively participate in honest client care.
