I see PA Evans at Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience. She takes her time with my appointments & is a fantastic provider. Botox & meds have worked wonders for my migraines. The office staff are also great. I’ve had no problems with my insurance referrals or med authorizations. I would highly recommend this provider.

My mom has seen several specialists here, including Dr. Kim, DNP Zhi, LPRN Larrinaga, and Dr. Liow, and every one of them has been considerate, knowledgeable, and thorough. The entire team took the time to explain her condition and care plan in a way our family could understand. The administrative staff also deserves recognition—they are always professional, kind, and helpful, making each visit smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for the compassionate and comprehensive care my mom receives here. Dr. Liow and his entire staff is amazing. Just to point out a few who I’ve encountered with such excellent professionalism and compassion. Dr. Chris Larrinaga who was my previous physician and now Dr. Dugas who oversees my condition. Both are very knowledgeable doctors who listens and genuinely cares for what you’re going through and experiencing. Another shout out to the absolute best hook up tech, Jason E! He is just one of a kind. He makes you feel comfortable, easy to talk to, and he is precise with his craft.
