My local PCP ordered a Carotid artery and Aortic valve ultrasounds to be preformed at Hawkins this past week. Folks, these people at that hospital are nothing but professional! My appointment was at 8am with radiology, from checking to walking out my appointment took ~25 mins. The radiology team is amazing, very efficient and friendly. The hospital is very clean and the staff is amazing. Great experience giving HCMH 5*
I loved everything about this facility and people that helped me. My ONLY complaint was all the computer demands for info. I did form after form on line and got there and STILL had to tell them again. I brought a folder of more info, they never even looked at. Ask me on line, ask me when I get there, ask me to bring more info, but don’t waste my time asking for all of it over and over again. That irritates me! But as I said, everything else, the people that helped me, the technician, the nurses, the sign up people, all were great.
