Scheduled for a 1:45 appointment and showed up at 1:45. They said I needed to reschedule because I needed to be here at 1:30 for “paper work”.
I agree with the other review. My appointments were cancelled more than once. And I had a issue with the billing staff. The person in charge of billing made a huge mistake and I had to pay for it. I escalated the issue but the office refused to take responsibility for their error. Won’t go back because If I can’t trust your word, then I can’t trust your medical advice.
I have been a patient with this group for over 10 years. The office cancelled my appointment 3 times and every time it’s rescheduled I have to wait over a month. My Cpap machine is faulty and I need a new machine. I have been with a faulty machine for over 6 months and they refuse to write a prescription until in come in. Difficult to come in when the appointment keeps getting cancelled. Very poor procedures and service.
