The 1 star has to do with billing. IU uou owe me the cpap machine you took back knowing it was already paid for and the surprise billing of $1042.36 is being disputed. Please provide the documentation that you advised me in December of 2024 or even in January of 2025 that i would be held responsible for $260.59 per month ? I get an invoice in August if 2025 then again in November 2025 and the amounts keep increasing. No one has called or provided the info requested . I will file a complaint with IDOI if this is not resolved . I was told in august that your change in billing companies has caused a delay but that is a you problem not mines . And why did you take back and keep the machine if belonged to me ? If the machine is mine i would like compensation as i was intimidated into returning it .
All the staff was very nice and friendly. My sleep study staff was very nice and friendly and helpful informative knowledgeable while taking care of me. If I had to recommend a facility for Sleep testing study it would be this facility.
The room was very clean and comfortable.My Tech(Ryan) very nice and patient,He explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on, he also asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend This place to others.
Maybe someone can see this. Help me to understand. The process I've had problems. With insomnia for decades now. Being up for days. What the doctors have done. Is give me medications. That has a side effect. Of drowsiness to see if that. Will help me sleep. When I tell them it doesn't help. They say wait a couple of months. What I don't understand is why. They don't just order me a test. To see if something. Will tell them what the issue is. No called me for my next appt. It was scheduled out three months. They increased a medication. I'm already taking for another. Medical condition that was the result. Of me speaking to two. Of the attending staff here. It's like they don't listen to you. They aren't really engaged with you. To find out what the issue is. Which is sad for me. That I can't get or reach. Them telling them what the problems are. They blow it off. Like oh well so can someone. Whose willing to listen. To the patient contact me. To reach a result. That will help me. Not just put me off for months. Then have me come back. For nothing to be done. About the issues I have. With being able to sleep. Get a good night's sleep. Where I don't wake up. Exhausted because I wake up. Almost two hours later. Then can't go back to sleep. Please help me by telling me. What I can do to reach the doctor. Get them to really listen to me. Help me for the reason. I was referred here.
The staff did a great job explaining everything so I knew what was going to happen. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They helped make what I was expecting to be a stressful experience into one that wasn't so bad. I appreciated their professionalism.
