My second visit. First to determine I didn't breath a lot. This time to treat. Both times I have been treated very well. Got here way to early so I went out. They let me in a little early. The place is clean. Bathrooms as well. Your bed has the leads and everything ready prior to arrival. Large comfortable beds. Relaxing colors. I appreciate their doing what it takes before they connect the 3,568 (JK) electrodes to monitor every aspect of your sleep to make sure you get the right equipment.
Parents, be warned. This company tried to separate my young kids into different rooms for their sleep study — something completely unreasonable for children. When I said no, they threatened me with a $400 cancellation fee. That’s not patient care, that’s a money trap. Any business that refuses to accommodate children, stresses out families, and then tries to profit off of “cancellation fees” when they can’t meet basic needs should not be trusted. Sleep studies are supposed to help kids, not make them miserable. I will be taking my referral elsewhere, and I hope other parents do too. The way this place operates is unacceptable.
I contacted my cpap supplier to order supplies and was informed that there was no current Rx for me and they had requested a new Rx 2 times, in February, and again in March. I contacted Jiva today they denied receiving a request. They said they would contact my supplier fix it, meanwhile I've heard nothing. Very disappointed it has come to this.
They say they're booked but they're really not, It's just laziness and incompetence. I've been getting the run around for weeks with them. If you can try to go somewhere else that knows what they're doing.
I was a little hesitant because of the mixed reviews but the experience here was great. The tech that did my sleep study was super nice and very funny. They were also so accommodating to my service dog. Although I did not meet the front desk lady/office manager so I can not say if she is rude or not.
