I have been trying to get my C pap from them for over a month now. My sleep study was completed in October and I still do not have my C pap machine. This process is unacceptable.
The atmosphere and employees are great! The only problem I had was the use of fragrance spray. I am allergic to fragrance and it was overwhelming. Otherwise it was a very good experience.
I’m quite content with the doctors, and the service they offer. They listen carefully for the most part. But sometimes I even question their ability to listen to everything you need to ask? Overall I would give them a 9.5 out 10.
Dr Surdulescu And his staff are all extremely nice and very professional. I couldn’t have picked a better pulmonologist.
Everything about this place is pretty good, but trying to get a hold of them whether to schedule an appointment or just get written proof of your diagnosis is like pulling teeth. I have never had them actually answer the phone and leaving a message has a 25% chance they actually get back to you.
