Luna Sleep Center Hwy 280, was very organized and exceeded my expectations for the Sleep Study experience. The professional staff was accommodating and the doctor was very informative.
Every bad review on here, the owner responds without accountability or taking responsibility. Defensive and Deflects. It's never their fault. Nothing is their fault. They cant find you as patient..so the problem isn't valid i guess ??? It's the device/ equipments fault. Definitely will never be their fault. When most of us are not looking to blame a person, we do expect you to acknowledge there is a problem and you will correct it. That is all. Stop your lame excuses. This tells me you can't handle criticism, patient concerns/complaints! A business cant survive without criticism and flexibility. Understanding your patients ans truly listening to them.
The clinic was clean and the staff was wonderful. They were able to care for my son and I was given an extra bed they happened to have available to be able to sleep comfortably as well. Marissa was our tech and she was wonderful with us explaining what to expect and answered questions in the night. The outside doors stayed locked and we felt safe with the other patients and staff. Thank you for getting us in quicker than anywhere else in the area.
The staff was super friendly, and the doctor explained my sleep study results, indicating what I can do to help rid me of sleep apnea. No pressure to buy a cpap just clear guidance and re-evaluation at a later date! Very pleased
