Had my a sleep study in Sept of 2023. In August of 2024 finally got an appointment with the MD. Had a 9 am appointment and as of 9:30 MD wasn’t even in the building. Thr staff is apologetic but have no reason why. The disrespect of my time is epic!
They sent me off to their choice of provider after I got a sleep study here. I learned that they have "Preferred Referral Sources" and "Preferred Brands" which is ResMed. NO CHOICE!! I paid a ton of money out of pocket going through a National Company with my insurance. The National Company negatively affected my credit score when I stopped paying for my CPAP Machine and I had to pay almost a $1000 to have them remove the bad credit rating off my record. Why didn't you give me a choice of a provider so I could of researched it? I get my CPAP supplies at USA Medical Supply which is formerly Footit in West Springfield. I will never go to Baystate Sleep Lab again. My wife recently had to get a Sleep Study and I made sure she went to Sleep Medicine Services instead of Baystate.
